Carrier Radar is assembled from public business records. The public site doesn’t offer an account, upload form, dashboard, or embedded payment form.
Public carrier information
Radar uses public records from US transportation and state filing systems. Those records can include carrier names, authority identifiers, business addresses, business phone numbers, business email addresses, fleet details, insurance responses, UCC filing metadata, and secured-party names. Reclane processes those fields to create and quality-check the feed. The public sample keeps carrier legal names and DOT/MC identifiers visible for verification, but redacts direct phone and email fields. Those available contact fields appear only in prospect-specific samples and subscriber delivery.
Information you send
If you email Reclane, the message, sender details, requested states, delivery details, and support history are used to answer the conversation and operate the subscription. Don’t send driver personal data, customer freight files, banking credentials, or other information Radar doesn’t need.
Checkout and billing
Payment is intended to occur on Dodo Payments’ hosted checkout. Dodo acts as merchant of record and processes payment details, invoicing, applicable tax, and billing records under its own privacy terms. Reclane should receive the subscription and transaction details needed to deliver and support the service, not your full card number.
Sharing and retention
Reclane doesn’t sell a customer’s correspondence or subscription details. Information may be handled by the infrastructure required to host the site, send email, deliver files, and process payment. Records are kept only as needed to operate, support, secure, and account for the service, or to meet legal obligations. A specific retention schedule will be published before live checkout if one is required by the final service setup.

For access, correction, or deletion questions about information sent directly to Reclane, email hello@reclane.com. Public-source corrections may also need to be made with the agency that published the original record. Dodo handles requests for data it controls as merchant of record.
