Reclane Carrier Radar is built and maintained by Jiva Raut in India for one workflow: helping US freight factoring sales teams prioritize newly authorized carriers.
What Reclane does
Radar turns the latest available FMCSA carrier-authority changes into a state-filtered sales file. It joins public carrier contact and fleet data, insurance status where available, and a first-pass search of supported state UCC records.
The output is a daily CSV plus a weekly rollup. There’s no customer dashboard, no carrier signup, and no customer dataset required to create the feed.
Who is accountable
Reclane is operated by Jiva Raut, a solo founder based in India. Written questions, coverage checks, and onboarding go directly to hello@reclane.com. Support and onboarding are asynchronous by design, and no customer dataset is required to produce the feed.
How payment works
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. It handles hosted checkout, billing, invoicing, applicable tax, and refund execution. Dodo isn’t escrow and doesn’t validate Reclane’s carrier or UCC classifications. Reclane remains accountable for the product description and its written commercial terms.
What Reclane isn’t
- Not a freight factor, broker, carrier, law firm, or credit bureau.
- Not a replacement for a factor’s final lien search, underwriting, or legal review.
- Not a promise that every public record, phone, email, or lien can be found.
- Not affiliated with FMCSA, any secretary of state, or any carrier shown in the feed.
